Swim Team Practice Starts, 1/28

The swim season will kick off on Monday, 1/28/19 at the SMHS Pool at 3:30pm.  Be sure that you have been cleared via the Health Office and Sportsnet, (directions here).    Those interested in the Dive team, please see Ms. Parodi for more information. What to bring:  swimsuit, towel, swim cap, goggles, sunscreen, clothes to change

Swim & Dive Team Meeting

There will be a meeting for all students interested in joining the Swim & Dive Team on Tuesday, 1/15 at lunch, 11:35am start time in Ms. Malone’s classroom, B205.  Any questions, see Mr. Hanson (career center), Ms. Malone (B205) or Ms. Parodi (girls locker room office).  All info pertaining to the season will be discussed

Swim Team Alumni Update – Nicole Chang

Nicole Chang, Class of 2018, is a Student Athlete at Biola University on the swim team.  This past weekend she broke two individual school records in the 100 Backstroke and in the 200 Backstroke twice.  She broke the school records the first time during the prelim swim and then she broke her own newly set

Emma Lepisova signs on National Letter of Intent Day

Emma Lepisova signs her letter of intent to swim at Northwestern on the official NLI signing day!!  Congrats Emma and we all look forward to watching you to continue your swimming career in the next school year as a Wildcat!  We also look forward to your last season as a Bearcat!  Congratulations.

Emma Lepisova, All-American Swimmer

The NISCA All-American swimming lists have been posted for the 2017-2018 school year.  Junior, Emma Lepisova is an All-American in the 100 Backstroke with a time of 55.03.  She is ranked 61st in the nation.  Big Congratulations to Emma!!

CIF Swim Meet, Finals Update – Valeriya Nasedkina

  Lera finished her season at the 13th spot in the State and earned a  National All American Consideration time of 23.55 in the 50 Freestyle.  Lera will continue swimming as a Purdue Boilermaker while majoring in Industrial Art.  

CIF Swim Meet, Finals Update – Emma Lepisova
