Fall Strength and conditioning (winter sports) program is back on beginning Monday 9/10/18!
Be sure to bookmark the website http://sanmateoathletics.org/hq/smhs-strength-conditioning/ and check it frequently. Also be sure to download the TeamBuilder App on your app store.

Fall Strength and conditioning will begin on Monday September 10th and conclude on Thursday October 25th. Workouts will be Monday through Thursday and will be one hour long. Always check the calendar for the most updated times. Workouts are very compacted so be sure to arrive early because being late will cause delays.
There will be a mandatory meeting in the weight room at lunch on Thursday September 6th.
Boys Basketball: Tues/Thurs 3:30-4:30
Girls Basketball: Mon/Wed: 3:30-4:30
Wrestling: Mon/Wed: 3:30-4:30
Boys Soccer: Tues/Thurs: 3:30-4:30
Girls Soccer: Mon/Wed: 3:30-4:30
Athletes are expected to show up appx 15 minutes early and warm up on their own
Athletes are expected to be medically cleared through the health office prior to workouts.
