Fall Strength and conditioning (winter sports) will begin on Monday September 9th and conclude on Thursday October 31st. Workouts will be Monday through Thursday and will be one hour long. Always check the calendar for the most updated times. Workouts are very compacted so be sure to arrive early because being late will cause delays.
There will be a mandatory meeting in the weight room at lunch on Thursday September 5th.
Boys Basketball, Boys Soccer: Mon/Wed 3:30-4:30
Wrestling, Girls Soccer, Girls Basketball: Tuesday: 4:00-4:45, Thursday 3:30-4:30
All Sports Speed Training: Tuesday 3:30-4:00
Athletes are expected to be medically cleared through the health office prior to workouts.
