SMHS Strength & Conditioning

Winter Strength and conditioning (spring sports) program is back on beginning Monday 11/18/19! There will be an informational meeting at lunch on Thursday 11/14/19. Please make sure to attend

Fall Strength and conditioning (winter sports) will began on Monday September 9th and conclude on Thursday October 31st. Workouts will be Monday and Wednesday and will be one hour long. Always check the calendar for the most updated times. Workouts are very compacted so be sure to arrive early because being late will cause delays.
Mon/Wed 3:30-4:30 – Track, Softball, Swim, Boys Volleyball
Tues/Thurs 3:30-4:30 – Tennis, Baseball
Athletes are expected to be medically cleared through the health office prior to workouts.
