Workouts will be Monday through Thursday and will be one hour long. Always check the calendar for the most updated times. Workouts are very compacted so be sure to arrive early because being late will cause delays.
Mon/Wed 3:30-4:30 – Track, Softball, Swim, Boys Volleyball
Tues/Thurs 3:30-4:30 – Tennis, Baseball
Athletes are expected to be medically cleared through the health office prior to workouts.
There will be no workouts during finals week and winter break. Workouts will resume for all sports on Tuesday 1/7/20. Workouts will conclude during the last week of January just before spring sports begin on 2/4/20.
