Summer Strength and conditioning program is back on beginning Tuesday 6/20/17!

 Summer Strength and conditioning will begin on Tuesday June 20th and conclude on Thursday August 3rd. Workouts will be Monday through Thursday and each team will have a 1 hour time slot for each workout. Always check the calendar for the most updated times. Workouts are very compacted so be sure to arrive early because being late will cause delays.
Varsity Football: M-Th 2:30-3:30
JV Football: M-Th 3:30-4:30
JV/V Boys Basketball: M, Tu,Th: 5:30-6:30, W: 6:30-7:30
G Volleyball: Wed: 5:30-6:30
G Basketball: M/W: 4:30-5:30
Water-polo: M/W: 4:30-5:30
Cross Country: M/W: 4:30-5:30
Cheer: Tu/Th: 4:30-5:30
Open Weight Room: M/W: 4:30-5:30
Freshman Boys Basketball: Tu/Th 6:30 -7:30
Athletes are expected to show up appx 15 minutes early and warm up on their own
