Fall Strength and Conditioning program is back on beginning Tuesday 9/5/17!

Fall Strength and Conditioning will begin on Tuesday September 5th. Workouts will be Monday through Thursday and each team will have a 1 hour time slot for each workout. Always check the calendar for the most updated times. Workouts are very compacted so be sure to arrive early because being late will cause delays.

Monday 2:25 – 3:25 PM: Girls Soccer & Girls Basketball
Monday 3:25 – 4:25 PM: Boys Soccer, Boys Basketball, & Wrestling

Tuesday 2:00 – 3:20 PM: Boys Soccer, Boys Basketball, & Wrestling
Tuesday 3:25 – 4:25 PM: Girls Soccer & Girls Basketball

Wednesday 2:30 – 3:30 PM: Girls Soccer & Girls Basketball (Open Football Workouts)
Wednesday 3:30 – 4:30 PM: Boys Soccer, Boys Basketball, & Wrestling (Open Football Workouts)

Thursday 2:00 – 3:20 PM: Boys Soccer, Boys Basketball, & Wrestling
Thursday 3:25 – 4:25 PM: Girls Soccer & Girls Basketball

Athletes are expected to show up appx 15 minutes early and warm up on their own
