Strength and Conditioning athletes can purchase a shirt for $10.


Spring Athletes,

Spring off-season Strength and Conditioning workouts will begin on Tuesday Nov 8th and will end on January 20th. Max Outs will be on January 25th. Below is a list of scheduled workout times.

7th Period Open Weight Room: For students who do not have a 7th period and are already experienced in the weight room there is an opportunity to workout from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM beginning 11/29
